Velocast.net respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have implemented the following procedures for reporting copyright infringement.
1. DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content hosted on our decentralized network infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Velocast.net to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL of the video).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Submit Notices to: [email protected]
2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Velocast.net takes copyright integrity seriously. Accounts found to be “Repeat Infringers” (accruing 3 or more valid strikes) will be subject to permanent account termination, forfeiture of all pending earnings, and a permanent ban from the network.
4. Decentralized Content Note
Because Velocast.net utilizes decentralized storage protocols, removing a link from our website directory is the extent of our technical control. We do not control the underlying distributed network nodes, but we will always act swiftly to disable access through our primary gateway.
